Product Description:

돼지 유행성 설사(Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea, PED)는 PEDV에 의해 발생하는 전염성이 강한 장관 감염병으로 구토, 설사, 탈수 등의 증상을 특징으로 합니다. 임상적 변화와 증상은 돼지 전염성 위장염(TGEV)과 매우 유사합니다.
돼지 유행성 설사 바이러스(PEDV)는 코로나바이러스과(Coronaviridae), 코로나바이러스속(Coronavirus)에 속하며
2010년경 기존에 유행하던 균주(CV777과 유사한 균주)와 항원성이 비교적 다른 PEDV 균주가 중국 양돈장에서 출현하여 양돈 산업에 심각한 손실을 초래하였습니다. NP 단백질은 PEDV의 주요 구조 단백질로, 항원 검출을 위한 주요 표적 항원으로 활용될 수 있습니다.
